Define and execute the local Marketing plan, strategies and tactics for established products, pipeline products, new product introductions, and other growth opportunities.
Execute strategic commercialization activities including tactical programs to improve the market share and strategic programs to increase share for marketed and new product launches
Define the company’s Sales & Marketing strategies and tactics for established products and new product introductions.
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans. This will include: analyzing market trends, providing input into and ensuring consistency with Brand positioning; integrating strategic objectives to build on customer strategies, pricing proposals, market surveys and financial targets
Direct strategic business planning by utilizing extensive market research, business analysis, and broad knowledge of factors influencing the industry.
Provide information regularly to senior Management regarding performance of the businesses, critical issues potentially impeding achievement of goals

Bachelor/ Masters in Marketing / Pharm D.
At least 08 – 10 years of experience in similar capacity
