  • Be actively involved in managing preliminary recruitment activities by preparing job descriptions, job ads posting , interview screening and interview scheduling.
  • Perform recruitment related operational activities including orientation functions and execute the related documents.
  • Maintain Employee database and Employee files.
  • Deal with employee clearance and resignation.
  • Coordinating for filing mechanism.
