  • Design, develop, and execute marketing plans, strategies, and campaigns by analyzing trends through monthly, quarterly & annual sales analysis.
  • Responsible for customer insights, competitive market analysis, P&L projections, undertaking SWOT analysis for products, marketing mix and brand portfolio management.
  • Analyze market research data (primary & secondary research) and interact with customers to measure ROI of Marketing programs.
  • Conceive, develop, and provide (within timeframes) adequate promotional material and other relevant tools to the field force, needed for achieving the business objectives.
  • Ensure that various stages of product development are completed on time by leading, organizing and requesting constant updates from cross-functional teams.
  • Visits  key opinion leaders (KOL)/ customers to develop and maintain relationships and to monitor the implementation of strategies.
